The Birth of Lotus

Oh, those third babies! After two straight-forward, predictable births, this baby kept everyone guessing for weeks. I had a one hour commute, so I kept driving out to hang out close by, only to be sent home again. At one point, I booked a hotel room, convinced that this baby would arrive in short time and with little notice. I stayed three nights in that hotel room, went home to my family, and STILL waited two more days for this sweet one to arrive! She was certainly worth the wait.
